About | LaPorte Consulting LLC

LaPorte Consulting was established in 2002 when Mary LaPorte decided to use her 30+ years of agency experience to help other agencies with operations management. Already part of the national faculty for the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) program, she began to expand into other areas of teaching and speaking. Using her own experience with E&O (Errors & Omissions), Mary has assisted countless agencies in establishing their own internal E&O loss control programs to reduce exposure in this area. In 2018, Lori Heemstra Rummelt joined Mary in providing operations consulting and education. Lori’s experience with utilizing systems and streamlining workflows has made her a sought-after resource to agencies.
